Free workshops for PMETs, seniors, and people with disabilities — so no one is left behind as AI reshapes work. Donors cover the seat. We do the teaching.
Why we exist
Restructuring doesn't send a memo first. We want people to see it coming and have somewhere to go.
PMETs are getting the sharp end of this — roles reshaped or cut, often with little warning. Our founders spent 25 to 37 years in finance and tech, watching companies restructure from the inside. Sagelion is them putting that experience to use for the people it's actually happening to.
Built for normal peopleMostly PMETs feeling the restructuring pressure. We're just as glad to have the deaf community, people with disabilities, and young seniors in the room.
